  6. All pertinent case identifiers and reference numbers

Technical Specifications

For efficient processing, please provide the relevant transaction ID's, wallet addresses and any other identifiers via text or in a separate XLSX or CSV file to ensure accuracy and minimize any errors while copying.

Processing Protocols and Timeframes

Standard Processing

  • Initial review: 1-2 business days

  • Complete processing: Up to 5 business days

  • Complex matters: 5-15 business days, subject to scope and complexity

For matters involving:

  • Imminent threat to life

  • National security concerns

  • Ongoing serious criminal activity

Mark clearly as "URGENT" with supporting justification
